Glastonbury, the world's biggest festival, returns from 25-29 June 2025, and this year, Creative Boom is again attending to uncover the festival’s hidden artistic gems. While Glastonbury is often associated with global music stars like Dua Lipa, Coldplay, and Shania Twain, a thriving creative undercurrent extends far beyond the main stages.

Since its launch in 2008, Shangri-La has been a festival within a festival, serving as a dynamic hub for underground art, social commentary, and alternative culture. Situated about a 30-minute walk from the iconic Pyramid Stage, this vibrant space features cutting-edge bands and DJs and some of the most compelling contemporary art installations in the world today.

Each year, Shangri-La reinvents itself with a fresh theme, new artists, and a renewed sense of purpose. We can’t wait to see what they have in store this June.
